What we collect

When you request an estimate or contact us, we collect the information you give us: name, phone number, email address, property address or town, the service you are interested in, and anything you write about your project.

Like most websites, we also collect standard technical information automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and how you reached the site. We use cookies and similar tools for analytics and to measure advertising. You can block cookies in your browser; the site will still work.

How we use it

To respond to your request, schedule your inspection, and prepare your estimate.
To communicate about your project, from the first call through the final walkthrough and warranty.
To improve the website and understand which pages and campaigns bring people to us.
To comply with legal obligations, such as permits, insurance and tax records.

We do not sell your information and we do not send spam. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers who help us run the business (website hosting, form processing, email, scheduling, financing through Synchrony Bank when you apply) and when the law requires it.

If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your estimate or project. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing info@toplineconstructionco.com. We keep project records for as long as warranties and legal requirements make necessary.
